Directions to our ranch from the nearest Highway:

Hwy 99 heading South, take the Lander Avenue /CA 165/CR-J14  165 exit towards Los Banos
            Turn right onto CA 165/Lander
            Turn right on CA-140, .7 miles to 20721 State Highway 140

Interstate 5 heading SOUTH, take the CA 140 exit, Exit 418, towards Gustine/Merced.
            Turn left onto Sullivan Road/CA-140
            Road CA 140 also runs with Jensen Road/CA-33.  Continue to follow CA 140
           
99 heading north, you may either go into Turlock and take the Lander Avenue /CA 165/CR-J14  165 exit towards Los Banos  OR
            OR… Take Exit 188 (R Street) towards CA-59 N/V Street/CA-140 West
            Stay on CA 140 until you reach 20721 State Highway 140
Interstate 5 heading North, take the CA 165/Mercy Springs Road exit, follow Road 165 towards Los Banos
            Turn left onto CA -140, .7 miles to 20721
